Phoning SVH Important information

Complaints been received from Clients stating they cannot contact SVH by telephone. We have recently had a new telephone system installed by BT and we are having intermittent problems which BT is trying to resolve.

What we are being told from clients is that they are calling in and either it seems the call is not being answered as their phone is ringing but at our end it is not, therefore it seems we are not answering the call. The other scenario is calls are being made to us and when we do answer we cannot hear anyone at the other end and then we put the phone down. The client calls back and he gets the same again, frustrating for the caller and ourselves as it is seems to the caller we are answering the call then cutting them off. These faults have been happening for quite a while. BT has not been able to correct them yet! To help them define how these faults are happening can we ask if it happens to you that you email rentaldesk@salfordvanhire.net and sales@salfordvanhire.net with your telephone number, date and time with how many attempts you made before getting through to us? We will then send these details to BT; hopefully this will help them to find the reasons why this is happening.

If after 3 attempts and failing to get through to SVH please send an email asking to be called back.
